Sentinel Tower

The 500m tower is located in the state of Johor Bahru, Malaysia, on a site known as Kem Majidee, and situated about 5km from the causeway bridge linking Malaysia to Singapore. The tower has been conceptualized as an 'Armature' that sets up a 'field of influence' to both the micro and macro scale of the development as well as providing an 'iconic gateway' structure (Sentinel) on entering or exiting the country.

The towers programme consists of two separate towers (hotel and apartments in the lower 60 storey structure and offices in the taller 110 storey extrusion) which revolve, engage and fracture around two large central triangular cores.
